R.I.S.E. Recovery operates several recovery houses in Skagit County for men who want to live in recovery.

Broadway Home and Windsor Apartments are managed by peers living in recovery who provide support to residents who can benefit from their lived experiences. Both are conveniently located near bus lines and other community providers.

Broadway Home

Home with eight beds for men who want to live in recovery. Located in the heart of downtown Mount Vernon. House assistant lives on site.

Windsor Apartments

Four apartments with twenty beds total for men who want to live in recovery. Located in Mount Vernon. House assistant lives on site.
